Jade Fenech
Head of Legal
Jade joined E&S Group as a legal associate in 2018. Before joining E&S Group, she practiced with a litigation firm for two years. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Masters of Advocacy from the University of Malta and was admitted to the bar in 2019. She is now reading for a Masters in Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies at the University of Malta. Her primary areas of practice are corporate and commercial law, financial services, and fintech.
Pawel Sokolowski
Technical & Data
Pawel loves data. He studied economics and made his first steps in the FINTECH industry. He then went on to grow his career as the director of the local banking branch. Over 15 years of experience in large creative agencies allowed him to develop analytical and programming skills with a special focus on e-commerce for B2C. At the same time, Pawel started his own business and developed and marketed his own SEO tools. He enriched his skills with marketing data and advanced analytics. He leads a development team, is our main data expert, and leads SEO and content projects for the clients of the marketing agency he works at.
Wesley Ellul
NFT Advisor
Wesley brings a wealth of digital experience to the table. He has been the creative and technical mind behind the development and creation of Malta’s most successful digital startups including Findit, Ticketline and Keepmeposted, while also providing his digital expertise for a list of companies including, Malta Football Association, UEFA, Farsons, Malta International Airport, Mitsubish, Suzuki and Avis amongst others. He is also behind major entertainment brands Big Ticket Events & The Comedy Knights.
Karl Schranz

An accountant by profession, Karl spent 10 years working for a reputable audit firm in various audit roles before joining JP Morgan Chase in London in 2005, where he worked in Credit Hybrid Derivatives. He then returned to Malta to head the corporate finance arm of a local audit firm. In 2009, he was one of the founding members of a Corporate Services Provider in Malta, leaving to set up E&S Consultancy in 2010. Karl heads E&S’ ICO and Tokenomics department, although his competences include advising and assisting in all
MFSA licensing processes, accountancy, token structuring, iGaming, and all aspects of corporate finance. Karl has actively participated in over 120 token offerings and also advised a number of top crypto exchanges. Karl is fluent in English, Italian, Maltese.

After a few years working in digital agencies (like BBDO) and as a consultant (for clients like SD Worx and Johnson & Johnson) where she focused on growth strategy, eCommerce, and lead generation, she decided to use her passion for data-driven marketing to help clients with growth projects. Eveline has more than 10 years of experience in both B2B and B2C environments, which includes helping companies like EuropAssistance, Pepsico, and WDP grow and optimize their digital processes and increase revenue. She runs The Growth Agency with a team of 7 growth specialists.
Farah Maulida
Designer
Farah is a designer with unconstrained curiosity and desire to make meaningful products and experiences. She is passionate about user experience design and combines natural creativity with a big love for strategy. Farah develops branding from scratch, designs mobile apps, comes up with creative campaigns, and much much more. She has experience with both blockchain projects and B2C projects alike.
